To celebrate my 50th birthday, I’m launching the 50/50/50 Campaign: Miles, Milestones, and Memories—50 years of life, 50+ miles of movement, and a $50K goal to expand my healing-centered coaching and peer support business. 

From poetry and memoirs to speaking, singing, painting, and expressive arts—I’ve used creative modalities to inspire change. This path led me to support others as a certified peer and recovery support specialist, holding space for healing through love and lived experience. 

This is a season of reinvention and resilience. I’m running 3 5Ks, 2 10Ks, and 1 marathon to honor movement + mental health. The goal? Raise $50K to host wellness events, support more lives, and build healing spaces rooted in empathy, growth, and joy.
